I live in Portland, Oregon, USA and work in the computer field as a Desktop Support Technician for Xerox Corporation. I do computer support for individuals & small businesses and am honing my expertise as a website designer. I have a passion for sailing, having owned sailboats much of my life.
In the summer of 1999 after selling a cutter rigged 36' Union, I purchased Lungta, né Navigo, né Harambee, a 78’ ferro-cement ketch and moved aboard. Lungta (Tibetan for windhorse) is presently docked on the Columbia River and has gallantly and safely carried me on numerous adventures from the Columbia River to the Gulf Islands in British Columbia. She is impatiently, (Can you spell 'personification'?) waiting to be un-tethered so she may take me on adventures in more tropical climates.
